We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition & pouch.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@mautu.shop and/or WhatsApp at +917048215745 with reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please mention it in your return request and we will arrange an exchange subject to availability.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
